The room was modern and clean, and I loved having a bathtub. Great location near Virginia Commonwealth University, restaurants, cafes, and attractions. The public areas and rooms were well-maintained and appealing.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Downtown Richmond. It's only 4 miles from Downtown Richmond, close to historical monuments, the university, and a college campus. They offer a variety of services including a vibrant bar, reliable wi-fi, and a shuttle service around town.

I chose Graduate specifically to visit Poe Museum. The location pleasantly surprised me, and I enjoyed the country club favorites at Jackson Ward at Salt & Forge.

Room 820 was noisy and the fitness room needs improvement.

The queen room I stayed in was neat and brand-new with bunk beds. The hotel's location was very central, with a short walk to the Siegel Center and restaurants. Virginia Commonwealth University was holding graduation events during my stay. The public areas and rooms were well-maintained.
